These are the basic sizes of cardstock you will need to create the card, plus a card base.
The 4 3/4 by 3 1/2 piece of designer series paper needs to be punched in the center with the Designer label punch. Push is in as far as it will go, then punch. It wont be perfectly center but this is OK.
This piece needs to be scored at 2inches and 2 1/2 inches, then the end farthest from the score lines needs to be punched with the tag topper punch.
Fold it on the 2 1/2 inch score line.
attach your first square right up to that 2 inch score line.
add some adhesive on the remaining part between the 2 and 2 1/2 inch score lines.
Place your larger panel on top of the smaller one, right up to that fold line, adhering only on the little space where you added adhesive in the photo above.
unfold the tab piece and add a strip of adhesive just on the edge, under the smaller square.
move the panel piece around a bit until it is where you want it, centered and with the tab sticking out just a bit on the side. If the tab is sticking too far out, it wont fit into the envelope, so I had it come out to just barely with the hole showing for the ribbon. Once you have it where you want it, press down on the area where you put the adhesive. Adhesive should be only sticking to the designer series paper, just slightly to the left of where your ribbon hole is.
Now you are ready to attach all of that to your card base. Remember to to add any adhesive to the tab piece, it should slide freely. Add some ribbon to the tab so that your recipient will know to pull.
